Shipping policy

All products are subject to supplier stock availability. If the supplier has no stock availability of the product ordered, the user will be contacted and notified, the order cancelled, and the payment be refunded.

Orders placed will be shipped within 2-4 working days. Delivery is limited to the Gauteng area only for the time being. The Courier Guy is used to deliver orders, and delivery in Gauteng usually takes 24 hours.

Deliveries to more distant areas can be arranged per request but would be subjected to a national delivery courier fee and may take additional time to process.

All orders under 20kg are subject to a R150 courier fee. Orders over 20kg are subject to a R230 courier fee. If you would liek to order more than 40kg, please send an email to info@vetsathome.co.za.
